Your Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Trade Marketing Manager who will support the creation, planning, and execution of trade strategies and ensure the successful delivery of all integrated campaigns and marketing initiatives for our distributor partners all over the globe.

 

Responsibilities

  • Share & explain Technogym's global Marketing Strategy to our distributors and ensure that every distributor creates a local marketing plan, aligned with the global strategy and communication focus.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of the global marketing strategy at the local level through localization to increase effectiveness, avoiding discrepancies from brand and marketing guidelines. 
  • Guarantee the consistency in all the go-to-market initiatives of our distributors, verifying that all the assets have been used to their full potential and that the deployment time is perfectly synchronized with Technogym marketing plans.
  • Make sure Technogym Brand positioning is consistent in all the assigned countries and the local marketing activities are addressed to increase brand awareness and to achieve sales target.
  • Support distributors’ team in the execution of marketing activities and events (clinic, trade shows, roadshow, exhibitions, seminars, activation, advertising, etc.) by planning and coordinating Technogym Head-quarters internal stakeholders involved in the process in order to properly execute locally the defined activities in all segments.
  • Ensure the correct use of Salesforce to track the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and activities (ROI) 
  • Help distributors to maintain a clean database in all the segments which is consistent with the business objective of growing penetration and the base to create structured marketing activities and campaigns.

  • Together with distributors, select the most suitable Operators to create consumer activation and those to create best practices in terms of business model or top location to be amplified via different touch points.
  • Support distributors in identifying and creating activations at the Operator’s facility, at Top Location or Boutique and by amplifying these activations via different touch points (press release, social media, paid adv, newsletter, etc)
  • Drive distributors in creating local best practices to be shared and amplified via different touch points.
  • Push distributors to install Sellout materials in all b2b locations in order to increase brand awareness towards consumers, especially in those locations where they attract a consumer audience in target with Technogym Home business.
  • Manage training for distributors for all sell-in and sell-out tools (events, mailing, web marketing) to generate leads, orders, and sales.
  • Help distributors to leverage merchandising value and ensure proper stock management and control.

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic, and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are an engaging and highly motivated, with a high degree of empathy.

• 5+ years’ experience in the field of marketing/communication

• Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing with honors

• Sector experience (Fitness, Health, Sport) is a plus 

• Marketing and market analysis skills

• Strong Knowledge of CRM (preferably Salesforce)

• Project Management and problem solving

• Marketing mindset with strong Brand perception

• Ability to train people

• Presentation & Communication Skills

• Strong digital marketing skills
