Your Role

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and curious Time & Method Specialist with Manufacturing and Time & Method competencies to join the Process Engineering Team at Technogym HQ (Cesena, Italy).

 

In this role, you will work in cross-functional and cross-Plant teams and cooperate with all departments on Manufacturing projects, coordinating internal and external resources. We need innovation and passion in Lean Production and Design for Manufacturing to be on the cutting edge.

Your Impact

  • Define and implement the best manufacturing process to ensure Safety, Quality, and Costs
  • Define factory and assembly line layout
  • Define internal logistic flows
  • Define production Standard Time
  • New products start up
  • Introduce Innovative solutions related to Manufacturing processes
  • Coordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progresses

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are a team player with strong practical sense. 

 

What you should bring:

 

  • Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (preferred)
  • Experience in New Product development and startup (Familiarity with Stage-Gate methodology)
  • Experience in Assembly process
  • Knowledge of the main manufacturing technologies, principles and tools of Lean Manufacturing (Waste, Poka Yoka, Value stream map, SMED, DMAIC process, FMEA, 6σ, …)
  • Experience in Production standard time definition
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office tools, with a focus on Excel and data analysis
  • Knowledge of Autocad / CAD
  • Focus on Execution
  • Interested in AI and its use in industrial contexts
  • Available for business trips to subsidiaries and suppliers
  • Knowledge of Ergonomics principles
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
