Your Role

 

We are searching for a skilled Technical Training & Documentation Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing comprehensive training programs, creating detailed technical documentation, and ensuring that all training materials meet the highest standards.

You will collaborate with various departments to support the effective use of our products and technologies.

Your Impact

  • Promote and embed Technogym Technical Service core principles—Professionalism, Care, Safety, and Brand Promoter—by coordinating classroom, on-site, and digital training programs globally.
  • Design, manage, and monitor global training programs for technicians and installers, ensuring consistent knowledge transfer, high-quality execution, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure achievement of performance, training, and technical KPIs through structured audits, evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor global training progress and compliance, verifying adherence to defined training standards, technical competencies, and certification requirements.
  • Continuously improve training processes and methodologies, leveraging audits, performance data, and feedback to enhance effectiveness and scalability.
  • Act as a key Technical Service representative in New Product Development, ensuring field needs, service constraints, and technical requirements are effectively transferred to R&D and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement innovative training solutions, including e-learning platforms, webinars, and blended learning approaches to support global scalability and efficiency.
  • Enhance Technical Service quality across branches and distributors through targeted audits and competency development, with a strong focus on strengthening Second-Level Support and senior technicians.
  • Drive the development of tools and digital solutions to optimize training efficiency and improve accessibility, usability, and consistency of technical support content.

About You

 

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. Experience of, or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent account management/solution selling/strategic thinking/relationship skills.

What you should bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, Education, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in technical training, product support, or a similar role.
  • Extensive understanding of the products to effectively train others and provide technical support.
  • Strong language skills, with fluent English required; knowledge of Spanish or French is highly recommended.
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders and trainees.
  • Strong public speaking skills to deliver engaging training sessions and presentations effectively.
  • Exceptional planning and time management skills to organize training programs and meet deadlines.
