Your Role

 

We are searching for a skilled Technical Service Process & Platform Specialist  to join our team. This role will drive end‑to‑end process optimization and AI‑enabled improvements across Technical Services, ensuring efficient workflows, data‑driven performance, and 24/7 platform operability. It will oversee warranty operations, knowledge management, technical content delivery, and cross‑functional system integration while managing user platforms and supporting continuous service excellence

Your Impact

 

 

•Drive end‑to‑end process optimization by facilitating workflow modeling initiatives aimed at continuous improvement, automation, and clearly defined business use cases across Technical Services.
•Investigate and promote the adoption of AI solutions within Technical Services processes to boost operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
•Analyze data, trends, and performance indicators to ensure process outcomes meet business objectives and agreed service levels, leveraging advanced AI tools.
•Proactively identify and mitigate frictions related to processes, policies, and systems used within the Service organization.
•Supervise warranty refund operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and process efficiency.
•Guarantee 24/7 system operability, swiftly addressing issues and driving rapid service restoration
•Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge database, including documentation, policies, process training modules, knowledge articles, and self‑service user guidance.
•Coordinate cross‑functional process integration between the Technical Service Technical Platform and key corporate stakeholders, including PLM (Windchill), IT (SAP, Salesforce, Cyber Security), Services (Service Max), and AI platforms (Gemini).
•Design data structures and manage technical content deployment, including spare parts catalogs and translated technical documentation, ensuring timely delivery aligned with new product launches and technical updates.
•Oversee user account and profile management for the Technical Service Technical Platform in close collaboration with the IT Department.

Support Knowledge Management activities, including the release of technical communications and the administration of mailing lists

About You

 

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. Experience of, or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent account management/solution selling/strategic thinking/relationship skills.

What you should bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or ICT
  • Nice to have of 1 or 2 years of experience in technical training, product support, or a similar role.
  • Extensive understanding of the products to effectively train others and provide technical support.
  • Strong language skills, with fluent English required; 
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders and trainees.
  • Knowledge of base software products (MS Office, Windows, etc..)
  • Basic experience in AI application on Services
     
  • Nice to have : Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Service Max, Windchill, ACD ( Arbortex Content Delivery )
  • Voice Of Customer to process improvements translation expertise
