Your Role

We are searching for a dedicated Technical Service Data Analyst to join our team at Technogym HQ in Cesena (Italy). This is a key role focused on the management, monitoring, and in-depth analysis of data related to our Technical Service processes, in close collaboration with our Subsidiaries worldwide. Your impact and contribution in this role will drive service excellence and enhance customer satisfaction through data-driven insights.

Your Impact

  • Perform in-depth analysis of data and KPIs currently used in the Technical Service area to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support on-field Kaizen sessions across EU and non-EU Subsidiaries to streamline current processes
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders at both HQ and subsidiary level.
  • Deliver training sessions to colleagues in our Subsidiaries to increase service excellence.
  • Contribute to defining and implementing performance improvement plans and monitor their progress through recurrent meetings 

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. Experience of, or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent analytical and communication skills, curiosity and creativity

What you should bring:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field with a strong quantitative component.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a data-focused role (e.g., Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar) or in a Technical Service/After Sales role with significant exposure to data analysis.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and IT Tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • English proficiency (minimum level B2 CEFR).
  • Availability for international business trips.
  • Ability to execute tasks quickly and accurately, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Good teamworking and listening skills.
