About the Role

 

We are looking for an energetic Senior Talent Acquisition to join our Team in Cesena (Italy). You will work closely with leaders of different business units to attract and select the best sporty people in the market, aiming to implement effectively the business strategy and build a great Technogym culture. In this role, you will also play a crucial role in building/enhancing overall Technogym employer branding awareness and developing a network with key talent communities for short/long-term opportunities.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Identify the most effective recruiting channels and manage the overall recruiting process for junior to mid-to-senior profiles across several business functions 
  • Liaise with HR business partners and business leaders to gain insight into the short/mid/long term business needs and talent challenges
  • Use data-based evidence to address hiring manager expectations about the labor market and recruiting process
  • Define strategic initiatives to build up external talent pipelines
  • Recommend continuous improvement to practices, processes, or policies to advance the Talent Acquisition function
  • Provide support to the Hiring Manager on Talent Acquisition processes and practice
  • Participate in global projects to support the delivery of the overall strategy.
  • Support the development of innovative Employer Branding and Talent Attraction strategies, establishing long-term relationships with best-in-class University partners and Schools
  • Act as a true Technogym brand ambassador, define and execute communication to increase employment brand awareness in the market

Requirements

 

  • Master's Degree 
  • +10y Experience in full-cycle recruitment process
  • Knowledge of selection techniques, recruiting strategies, and channels, assessment tools, and methodology  
  • English fluency
  • Expertise in the use of ATS and talent relationship management tools, and knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, LinkedIn Advertise
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, with a strong customer service mindset
  • Strong teamwork and ability to listen and at the same time, influence others
  • Drive, tenacity, client-focused and results-oriented
