Your Role
We are looking for an energetic and process driven Supplier Quality Engineer to join our HQ Purchasing Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy).
In this role, you will be in charge of the management, monitoring and improvement of the performance of the supply chain.
Your Impact
- Coordinate the development and industrialization of suppliers
- Develop quality documentation regarding the control of supplies
- Manage “time planning” of suppliers until components/products delivery
- Manage supplier qualification process
- Promote corrective actions in case of deviations of product particularities
- Guarantee the support to purchasing department in evaluating and confirm new suppliers
- Guarantee the support to R&D department to develop new component / equipment
- Identify new technologies and supply opportunities
- Improve current process so as to remove potential obstacles and defects
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
What you should bring:
- Master's Degree in Engineering (preferably Electronic)
- 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Background as Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, R&D Engineer
- Knowledge of industrial processes and technologies
- APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
- Previous experience in automotive, white goods and automatic industries is considered a plus
- English fluency (minum level C1 CEFR)
- Problem Solving attitude and 8D, A3 methodology (6sigma)
- Process Auditing experience
