Your Role
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Wellness Solution Development manager for Hospitality & Residential to join our Hospitality team at Technogym HQ in Cesena (Italy). In this role together with the leadership you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of the ingredients of the Total Technogym Solution for Hospitality and Residential segment, ranging from Product to Digital, from Branding to Consultancy services, while focusing on the business strategy of the related industries as well as the end-users needs. In this role, you will collaborate with Marketing, GSN, and specific segment teams to develop, deliver, and promote solutions across various markets, ensuring continuous innovation and engagement of key stakeholders.
Your Impact
- Deliver in Hospitality & Residential the local Total Wellness Solution (TWS), ensuring the effective implementation and success of the proposed solutions
- Analyze specific needs to guide the development of Solutions
- Formulate Product/Service Concept Sheets for the segment of expertise and proactively foster follow-up of the ingredients development phase
- Define marketing attributes of the segment and ensure their correct and complete profiling, contributing to the Brand image
- Define end-user journey and deliver video material for Solution Sales tools for the segment of expertise
- Deliver training to the sales network about Solution-specific content, in collaboration with GSN Academy
- Collect feedback and best practices from the market and convey them to salespeople worldwide
- Develop and deliver materials for Solution promotion in various locations in collaboration with the Marketing function
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. Experience of, or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent account management/solution selling/strategic thinking/relationship skills.
What you should bring:
- Master’s Degree in Hospitality, Economics, Business, Marketing, or other relevant fields.
- +5y of experience within Sales and/or Marketing functions in the relevant industries fitness/luxury industry.
- Strong attitude towards financial analysis, statistics, and benchmarking
- Ability to deliver presentations and training
- Project management and marketing skills
- English fluency
