- Planning & Governance: Maintain the master release calendar, enforce quality policies, lead readiness meetings, and orchestrate critical go/no-go decisions.
- Data Analysis & KPIs: Monitor adoption rates, analyze deployment data to minimize version fragmentation, and report on operational KPIs (speed, change failure rate, etc.).
- Continuous Improvement: Optimize release processes
and documentation.
About You
- Experience: 3-5 years in software deployment, release management, or product operations, with a proven track record in managing rollouts across distributed systems.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Methodologies: Solid understanding of Release Management, and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Lean methodology principles (e.g., Kaizen, Continuous Improvement), as well as traditional Project Management approaches (Waterfall, Stage-Gate).

Desirable:
- Experience in IoT, connected devices, SaaS, or managing large, geographically distributed software.
- Proven experience setting up operational dashboards from scratch.
- Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks in IT operations.
