Your Role

 


We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Global Sales Manager & Business Developer to achieve sales and profitability targets for our Pilates offerings (hardware, software, and devices) based in our HQ in Cenena, lead our county Pilates Sales Specialist. You will support Field Sales in pre-sales activities, provide product training, and proactively visit prospects and customers to sell our Pilates & Flexability solutions.

Your Impact

Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive sales of Pilates-related equipment and solutions to studios, gyms, rehab centers, and fitness professionals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships with Pilates studios, wellness centers, and fitness institutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Provide product demonstrations and consultations to potential customers.
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets for our Pilates offerings (software, hardware, and devices).
  • Provide reliable and structured forecast and pipeline management.

 

Community Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Act as a brand ambassador by fostering strong relationships within the Pilates community.
  • Work closely with Pilates instructors, trainers, and studio owners to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Attend industry events, Pilates expos, and training workshops to network and build brand awareness.
  • Organize and participate in community-driven initiatives to support Pilates education and equipment usage.
  • Support Field Sales in pre-sales activities, providing product training on our Wellness Network offering.
  • Educate and activate customers through e-learning, live education, and tutoring to ensure the highest usage and maximize active users.

About You

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in Pilates, fitness, or wellness equipment.
  • Strong understanding of Pilates equipment, including accessories.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills within the fitness and Pilates industry.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales, with a consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations.
  • Excellent English proficiency and strong knowledge of products and market trends
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background as a Pilates Instructor or certification in Pilates training is a plus.
  • Prior experience working in fitness studios, rehab centers, or wellness brands.
  • Global Experience in sales and team management
