Your Role
We are currently looking for a motivated Senior HR Reward Specialist to join Technogym's Human Resources team at Technogym Village (Cesena).
Your Impact
- Ensure, through the definition of competitive and innovative Total Rewarding policies, that the remuneration structure (fixed, variabile remuneration, benefits, etc..) reflects the external labor market and respects internal equity
- Ensure that corporate compensation policies are aligned with the Group's long-term objectives
- Support the development of Total Rewarding solutions in order to attract, retain and reward top talent in a highly competitive environment
- Collaborate on implementing and managing "Salary Classification" programs (branding, position, weighing etc..)
- Support the management of company reward systems, ensuring their implementation in HQ and at branches, from design, communication, to final accounting and calculation of related payouts
- Manage the budget and forecast of annual salary plan WW
- Monitor and management the "provision" of incentive systems (short term)
- Support the review of Benefits agreements in all WW countries to ensure compliance and competitiveness at Total Rewarding level
- Perform compensation analysus and reporting that can support the business in the making strategy decision for the Company
- Manage the hiring compensation packaging during development into the Company within the organization (development plans, job description, job enlargement, international mobility)
- Perform compensation analysis: Benchmark (market data, market pricing)
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
What you should bring:
- Diploma and or Degree in Humanities/Economics
- 1-3 years of previous experience in a similar role in structured companies
- English fluency (Level C1 CEFR)
- Previous experience with HR ERP system, excellent digital skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent relational, administrative and analytical skills
- Result-oriented with a strong attitude towards teamwork
- Problem solving mindset, strong attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
