Your Role

We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with 5-6 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). You’ll lead the architecture and automation of scalable, highly available infrastructure, driving operational excellence and DevOps best practices.

Your Impact

  • Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure, adopting DevOps best practices
  • Enable developers to efficiently and reliably develop and deploy code by automating infrastructure management and workflows (CI/CD)
  • Develop and maintain scripts and applications
  • Implement and maintain observability solutions, including monitoring, logging, and alerting using various tools
  • Mentor and guide a team of engineers, managing ambiguity in project specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and operation of applications
  • Participate in an on-call support rotation to provide timely resolutions for critical issues
     

About You

  • 5-6 years in DevOps or Platform Engineering, with a focus on cloud technologies.
  • Expertise in multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP), VPC design, and security.
  • Proficient in IaC tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (BitBucket, GitHub, GitLab, CircleCI).
  • Strong scripting/programming skills in Go, Python, Typescript, Bash.
  • Deep knowledge of observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana.
  • SRE mindset: Experience with SLOs/SLIs and proactive service management.
  • Leadership experience in managing teams and complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in AWS, GCP, or other cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures, Kafka, and data pipelines.
  • Experience with ISO 27001 certification and compliance standards.
  • Experience setting project outcomes via OKRs or KPIs, with a focus on continuous delivery and operational excellence.
