Your Role

As Senior Content & Video Producer (Technogym Studios - Cesena), you will be the operational reference point for audiovisual production at Technogym's Headquarters in Cesena. The role combines creative vision, executive excellence and technical expertise in video and photo production. You will be responsible for creating content for the brand's various touchpoints, from studio productions to digital and social content, helping to ensure quality, visual consistency and efficiency throughout the entire production process.

Working closely with Marketing, Social Media, Wellness Institute, Content Factory and other corporate stakeholders, you will contribute to the creation of content capable of enhancing the Technogym brand through educational experiences, campaigns, events, corporate communication and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate combines a strong sensitivity for audiovisual, lighting, visual storytelling and product aesthetics with a highly operational approach, with the ability to independently manage the entire production cycle, from concept to final delivery. The role requires high quality standards and the ability to contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual language, in line with the leading international benchmarks of digital, streaming and OTT production.

Your Impact

• Independently manage productions carried out within the Technogym Studios, operating with multi-camera direction, audio, lighting, LED wall, recording, post-production and graphic integration.
• Produce video content with professional cameras or mobile devices (smartphones), overseeing all phases of the production workflow: shooting, editing and adaptation to the various digital channels.
• Collaborate with the various corporate departments for the production of interviews, podcasts, educational content, events, corporate communication and brand storytelling.
• Plan and collaborate on product photo shoots and visual content dedicated to marketing, social media and digital communication, contributing to the evolution of the brand's visual identity.
• Manage the corporate content library, ensuring proper archiving, cataloguing and retrievability of produced assets.
• Oversee the delivery of live streaming productions on the main digital and social platforms.
• Ensure the full efficiency of the studio and production technical infrastructure, coordinating maintenance activities and liaising with suppliers, technology partners and the Procurement department.

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €60,000 and €75,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici). About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic, fitness passionate and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. 

What you should bring:

• At least 5 years of experience in roles such as Video Producer, Senior Content Producer, Head of Video Production or equivalent positions at broadcasters, production houses, creative agencies, streaming platforms or advanced digital environments, preferably in the Fitness, Sport, Wellness or Health sectors.
• Solid experience in professional audiovisual production, including multi-camera direction, cinematography, lighting design, audio management and post-production.
• Ability to independently manage the entire production process, from planning to final delivery.
• Experience in product photography and strong aesthetic sensibility for composition, lighting, styling and brand enhancement.
• Knowledge of content production and distribution logic for social media, digital platforms and streaming environments.
• Hands-on approach, results orientation, attention to detail and ability to simultaneously manage different projects and stakeholders.
• Ability to transform a creative concept into content that is effective both from a communication and visual standpoint.
• Familiarity with digital workflows, editing tools and applications of artificial intelligence to production processes is a plus.
• Native-level Italian or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (at least C1 level), required for interacting with international guests, partners and stakeholders.
