Your Role

As Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at Technogym. We are looking for a proactive individual who can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform by gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us; therefore, the Junior Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management, including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to continue learning. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions.

Your Impact

This is a varied, business-facing role with the following responsibilities:

• All aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules

• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, connected apps, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports

• Sandbox environment management

• Identifying and gathering requirements, translating them into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience

• Identifying unused or underutilized platform features

• Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed

• Proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, and health check

• User support tickets

• New user and ongoing user training

• Functional/Technical documentation 

About You

• Required:
  
  • Bachelor’s or Master’ s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Salesforce product knowledge and 2-3 years hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with strong accountability managing own tasks
  • Strong communication and analytical skills

  • Proficiency in both written and oral English
  
  Desirable:
  
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Understanding of Salesforce integrations (Outlook plugins, APIs, middleware like MuleSoft desirable).
  • Knowledge of apex and LWC
  • Knowledge of Atlassian suite
  • Knowledge of AI principles
  • Trailhead badges/superbadges
