Your Role

We are looking for a brilliant and passionate professional who will join the ongoing development of our ERP area and manage the project deployment of ERP digital transformation. The professional will be focused on SAP implementation, data migration, and configuration that drive SAP business processes and will work closely with ERP Manager and functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify gaps and implementation. You will be a key part of our international ERP rollout and you will join our HQ ERP team and be part of our strategy in configuration, support, and improvement.

Your Impact

• Engaging with Business stakeholders to gather and define requirements, asses the scope, define the solution, determine business benefits, identify use cases and design a roadmap to meet the business goals
• Performing estimates and manage planning
• Supporting end-to-end solution delivery in cooperation with ERP Manager and IT Vendors
• Performing validation checks during build & deployment phases to ensure alignment with approved architecture designs
• Support in functional analysis & customizing of SAP S/4 HANA modules (FI/CO/TR) based on business requirements on the main Business process streams :
  • Account Receivables
  • Account Payable
  • General Accounting
  • Asset Accounting
  • Treasury
  • Product costing & Profitability Analysis
• Assisting in the testing process (UAT) to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience
• Application support and training of end-users
• Develop and maintain the ERP solution according to Group strategic guidelines and SAP best practice

About You

• MSc or Ph.D. degree in Information Technology or similar
• System Integration consulting experience is a plus
• SAP Certification is a must
• +5y experience in the role
• Proficient in requirement gathering and in translating user and/or systems requirements into functional/technical specifications
• Previous experience in SAP implementation projects and data migration
• Deep knowledge in SAP customizing modules FI (AP, AR, AA and G/L), CO (COPA, Product costing, PS). FM and/or RAR module is a plus
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA or previous versions of SAP ERP is a must
• Strong business acumen and good proficiency in Excel
• Ability to be resourceful and responsive in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of customer satisfaction and confidence
• Ability to deliver basic SAP training to end-users
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with strong accountability managing own tasks
• Proficient English both written and oral
• Strong communication and analytical skills
