Your Role

Technogym is looking for a proactive and motivated Real Estate & Property Development Manager with strong technical expertise in architecture and a solid business-oriented mindset. This role will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company’s real estate portfolio, contributing to its development, optimization, and long-term value creation.

Your Impact

• Manage and enhance the corporate real estate portfolio, planning maintenance, renovation, and development projects.
• Coordinate construction and refurbishment projects, liaising with architects, engineers, suppliers, and contractors.
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial evaluations for new real estate investments.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and expansion of the real estate assets.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, Procurement, Finance) for contract and budget management.
• Monitor real estate market trends and propose strategies for acquisition, disposal, or enhancement of properties.

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

What you should bring:

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field; additional qualifications in Real Estate or Business Development are a plus.
• Proven experience in managing real estate portfolios or construction/development projects.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, construction regulations, and project management processes.
• Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of discretion and reliability in handling sensitive information.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.
