Your Role
We are looking for a Project Developer & Coordinator (Operations Specialist) to join our Business Development Team at Technogym HQ (Italy – Cesena). In this role, you will support the development and operational management of new cross-cluster projects (sport, fitness, wellness, healthness) with a strong focus on business development and marketing.
You will act as an operational PMO with cross-functional coordination responsibilities, contributing to the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives related to both products and services offered by Technogym to B2B operators and B2C consumers.
Your Impact
- Support the planning and execution of new projects and sport events, managing timelines, deliverables and progress tracking
- Coordinate operational activities across internal functions (Marketing, Sales, Digital, Finance, Product)
- Monitor project progress, risks, priorities and improvement opportunities
- Ensure continuous alignment between internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the definition of processes and operational standards
- Manage operational and organizational aspects of sport formats and activations, including logistics, supplier coordination, setups and materials
- Support the creation of engaging sport activation experiences aligned with department objectives
- Prepare and update project budgets, forecasts and final balances
- Deliver quantitative and qualitative analysis and structured reporting for internal and external presentations
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical with high analytical skills.
What you should bring:
- Degree in Economics, Marketing, Sport Management or related disciplines
- 3–4 years of experience in project management, event management, operations, marketing or business development, preferably in sport, fitness or lifestyle industries
- Experience working in international environments with corporate stakeholders and sport institutions (federations, clubs, leagues)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create effective data-driven presentations
- Knowledge of digital marketing, event operations and media planning
- Strong data analysis and structured reporting skills
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Italian
