Your Role

We are looking for young, motivated, curious and enterprising talents to join us at Technogym Village -Headquarter in Cesena (FC).
As Production and Material Planning Specialist you will be responsible to:

• Ensure the correct elaboration of the production plans for the Italian Plant
• Ensure the correct level of stock of production and spare parts warehouse
• Determinate the required components and generate purchase order according to production and spare parts demand
• Promote continuous improvement activities

Your Impact

• Elaborate the production programs request for the Italian Plant and spare parts plan
• Process and send to supplier the net requirement of materials needed for the following weeks 
• Determining the required materials and generate purchase orders according to production and spare parts needs
• Solicitate and manage critical or on late deliveries for production components and spare parts
• Check daily deviations between planned production and actual production in order to manage schedule change
• Manage the warehouse budget and inventory rotation 

About You

• Degree in Management Engineering or Economics with a course of study focused on production and logistics.
• Minimum experience in the role will be considered a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP industrial part (SAP MM PP). MPS processing, MRP management, material procurement plans, operational production scheduling, etc …
• Ability to work towards goals.
• Skills of Lean Manufacturing.
• Leadership, predisposition to team work and continuous improvement. 
• Knowledge of Project Management techniques and methodologies Knowledge of Office Tools (Excel and Power BI are mandatory)
• Fluent in Italian and English.
