Your Role
As a Product Quality Engineer, you will be the quality champion within our product development teams, ensuring that every Technogym product meets exceptional standards of reliability, performance, and safety from concept to launch. You will drive quality assurance activities throughout the entire product lifecycle, mitigating risks and ensuring a seamless user experience. Your collaboration with R&D, Product Management, and Manufacturing will be critical in embedding quality into our innovative wellness solutions and upholding our brand's premium reputation.
Your Impact
- Define, monitor, and drive the achievement of product-specific quality objectives, including reliability, performance, and safety targets.
- Develop and implement advanced quality assurance methods and processes in collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, and service teams.
- Lead comprehensive risk assessments, such as FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), throughout the product development lifecycle to proactively identify and mitigate potential failures.
- Manage the end-to-end debugging cycle for new products, ensuring thorough root cause analysis is performed and effective corrective actions are implemented.
- Analyze and resolve complex product anomalies discovered during development, testing, and early field operation to ensure long-term reliability.
- Establish and validate product testing protocols and quality specifications to guarantee that all products meet design requirements.
- Analyze field performance data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives for existing and future products.
- Ensure that all product development activities and documentation comply with international standards and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary quality representative in project core teams, providing critical input and guidance at each stage gate.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on product quality status, risk levels, and validation results to project stakeholders and management.
About You

What you should bring:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering.
- Knowledge of customer and business lines, product functionality, and digital tools.
- Experience with quality tools and total quality approach.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
Compensation Data
We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €43,000 and €56,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
