Your Role

We are looking for a Product Quality Engineer to support the definition and achievement of product quality objectives. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure new products meet quality standards and manage product/process risk elements.

Your Impact

• Define and achieve product quality objectives.
• Improve quality methods and processes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Perform project risk assessments and manage product/process risk elements.
• Support the debugging cycle and provide project specifications.
• Resolve product anomalies during development and operation.

About You

Ideally, you are enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

What you should bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering.
• Knowledge of customer and business lines, product functionality, and digital tools.
• Experience with quality tools and total quality approach.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €43,000 and €56,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
