Your Role

 

We are seeking a dedicated Manager of Product Qualistic & Perceived Quality Experience to oversee the assessment and validation of product and components that directly impact the end-user's perceived quality experience, such as color, appearance, tactile feel. 


In this role, you will responsible for addressing the definition of requirements of  high quality perceived products and implementing robust metrics methodologies to ensure that our products deliver exceptional perceived quality experiences that resonate with our customers.
 

Your Impact

 

  • Define Customer expected perceived quality in term of Customer End to End Experience corresponding to the Brand positioning (touch, feeling, sound, look&appearance, smell)
  • Colors, Materials, Finishing, Acoustics, by translating them into development rules, specifications and their metrics
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, marketing, and quality assurance, to address and integrate perceived quality objectives into the product development process by defining rules, specifications and their metrics and enhance the overall user experience
  • Supplier and Material Evaluation: evaluate suppliers and materials based on perceived quality performance criteria, conducting assessments of raw materials, components, and prototypes to ensure alignment with perceived quality design objectives
  • Validation/verification Methodology Development: lead the development and implementation of comprehensive validation/verification methodologies focused on assessing the perceived quality of product components, including color, appearance, texture, and design aesthetics
  • Perceived quality Evaluation Planning: develop test plans and protocols for perceived quality evaluation activities, including consumer panels, expert assessments, and in-house evaluations, to gather qualitative/quantitative feedback on product qualistics attributes
  • Perceived quality Testing Execution: oversee the execution of perceived quality testing activities, coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and research agencies to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
  • Continuous Improvement: drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance perceived quality solutions, verification methodologies, processes, and tools, incorporating best practices, emerging trends, and industry standards to optimize perceived quality experiences across product lines.
  • Documentation and Reporting: document perceived quality evaluation results, methodologies, and insights in clear and concise reports, presentations, and technical documentation, communicating findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Training and Development: provide guidance, training, and support to team members and stakeholders on perceived quality evaluation techniques, best practices, and quality standards, fostering a culture of perceived quality excellence and innovation.

About You

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Design
  • 5 years of experience in perceived quality evaluation preferably Automotive, or product design industries
  • Strong knowledge of perceived quality evaluation methodologies, techniques, and tools
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute 
  • English Fluency
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex perceived quality data and extract meaningful insights
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with a passion for perceived quality exploration and a keen eye for detail in product design and aesthetics
