Your Role

 


We are looking for a Mechanical Operations Quality Specialist to support the problem-solving process for manufacturing process related issues. You will be the guardian of our manufacturing quality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring and constantly improving the quality of our operational processes and final products.

Your Impact

 

  • Lead the problem-solving process for manufacturing issues.
  • Implement quality standards, procedures, and control systems.
  • Conduct internal process audits to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead root cause analysis for non-conformities using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA).
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyze production data and quality metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen).
  • Work closely with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain to establish quality benchmarks and resolve issues.
  • Ensure that processes and products consistently meet technical specifications and customer expectations.

About You

 

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

What you should bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control.
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management, Manufacturing) or Technical Diploma
  • Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of statistical process control.
  • Knowledge of product and process characteristics.
  • Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, quality systems and auditing techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of ERP SAP.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma principles is a strong plus.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
