About the role

We are looking for a proactive, creative and curious Manufacturing Technology Specialist with digital and electronic competences to join our Process Engineering team in our HQ (Italy-Cesena). The person will define production equipment and will work on projects for the technology evolution of manufacturing process

Responsibilities

• Define concept, validate project and implement new production equipment in assembly department, coordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progress in order to stick to time and budget constraints.
• Feasibility analysis on new product with R&D, validate and implement the most suitable solutions and production technologies to ensure safety, quality, time and costs (manual assemblies, testing systems, tightening systems, machinery, production lines,...).
• Stimulate and guarantee the progress of production technologies (standardization, poka-yoke, automation, Industry4.0, maintainability ...).
• Develop and coordinate a reliable and fast supply network.

Requirements

• Degree in Automation / Mechatronic / Mechanical Engineering
• Direct experience in mechanical design
• Knowledge of mechanical drawing and 3D Cad systems, preferably Creo
• Knowledge of the main manufacturing technologies and principles of Lean Manufacturing
• Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 package mainly Excel
• Experience in development of semi-automated assembly machine following the projects, from the specifications to the production start-up
• Basic experience in project management 
• Basic knowledge of automation, electronics and information technology are welcome
• Good English
• Available for short trips
• Wellness oriented
