Your Role

We are looking for a Logistic Specialist with a proactive, analytical, and hands on mindset who will ensure operational excellence across warehouse operations and stock management within Technogym’s international footprint.
You will play a key role in guaranteeing product availability, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring that warehouse processes meet the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and cost control.

Your Impact

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inbound, outbound, and internal material flows
• Monitoring stock levels, performing regular inventory checks, and ensuring data accuracy across systems
• Supporting the definition of yearly warehouse and stock related budget
• Conducting warehouse performance analysis, including productivity, space utilization, and cost efficiency
• Managing relationships with 3PL warehouse providers, ensuring service level compliance and KPI achievement
• Coordinating with internal departments (Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Subsidiaries) to guarantee product availability and timely deliveries
• Performing root cause analysis on stock discrepancies and implementing corrective actions
• Ensuring proper accounting of warehouse activities, including stock adjustments, cycle counts, and reconciliation
• Supporting the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes and layout
• Leading or contributing to special projects focused on innovation, automation, and digitalization of warehouse and stock management processes
• Ensuring effective communication within the business and with external partners, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders

About You

You are structured, detail oriented, and passionate about operational excellence. You enjoy working in dynamic environments, solving problems, and collaborating with cross functional teams. You are accountable, open, and eager to learn, with a strong drive for continuous improvement.

What You Should Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• Ideally 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, stock management, or logistics
• Proven experience managing 3PL warehouse providers, including KPIs, SLAs, and operational reviews
• Strong analytical skills and experience in warehouse performance monitoring
• Solid understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control)
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of WMS systems and inventory optimization methodologies is a plus
• Familiarity with the fitness, wellness, or consumer goods industry is considered an advantage
• Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is a plus
