Your Role

We are looking for an International Logistics Distribution Specialist to join our HQ Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). You shall have a positive and proactive mindset, as you will play a crucial role in the premium customer journey, executing ‘order to cash’ processes in an accurate and timely manner and supporting the customer and sales teams in ensuring a seamless and well-communicated process flow

Your Impact

• Guarantee precise and timely order processing from quote confirmation to billing
• Monitor and manage delivery schedules and routing for timely distribution
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards within the distribution center
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize workflow and address operational challenges
• Inspect equipment regularly and report any maintenance needs
• Generate and analyze distribution reports to identify and implement improvements
• Oversee the preparation and organization of shipping documentation and records
• Free stock optimization and managing of Purchase Orders to HQ, when required, assuring the correct stock movement management
• Assure accurate management of order portfolio (backlog), avoiding expired backlog and proactively liaising with Sales in order to foresee backlog slippage
• Responsible for handling the application for the production and sealing of documents such as import and export declaration and inspection declaration of international goods
• Responsible for daily international express delivery, track the status of cargo transportation, and report abnormalities in a timely manner.

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with strong time and workload management skills. 

What you should bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Foreign Languages, Economics, International Relations or similar fields 
• 2-5 years’ experience in CS or Logistics areas 
• Fluent in English, fluency in another language besides Italian is considered a plus
• Customer Caring and Customer Orientation
• Knowledge of SAP – advance SD module use (preferred)
• Service business expertise
• Project Management
• Financial Skills and Cost Management
• Negotiation and solid communication skills
• Advance Analytical Skills
• Advance MS Office pack use, especially advance excel use
