Your Role

We are looking for a Human Performance Data Specialist to join our team at Technogym. The position will focus on the analysis and interpretation of complex data related to human performance, with the goal of developing innovative training methodologies, personalized programs, and functional assessment protocols based on data and scientific evidence.

 

Your Impact

  • Analyze complex datasets derived from performance and training studies to extract meaningful insights and support evidence-based decision making.
  • Develop predictive models and algorithms to optimize training protocols and assessment methodologies, leveraging advanced statistical techniques and machine learning approaches.
  • Contribute to the definition of innovative methodologies based on data analysis and scientific literature, translating research findings into practical applications.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to integrate analytical results into operational solutions and ensure data-driven product development.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to share results with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

About You

 

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

What you should bring:

  • Master’s degree and/or Ph.D. in Exercise Science, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related disciplines.
  • Strong experience in complex data analysis and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
  • Excellent knowledge of exercise physiology and training principles.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and develop predictive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data insights for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in scientific papers writing and reviewing is a plus.
  • Experience with the use of Gas Exchange Analyzers, EMG and Motion Capture devices is a plus.
