Your Role

We are looking for a Hospitality & Guest Services Specialist to join our HQ Team at Technogym Village in Cesena. In this role, you will take care of guests before and during the visit at the Technogym Village.

 

On top of welcome guests and deal with their everyday inquires, you will manage general information and overview the flow of guests arriving/departing the Campus according to the given agenda. You will be tasked with organizing hospitality services in meeting rooms for guests and board management members, as meals, catering services, booking for transportation and accommodation.

Your Impact

  • Coordinate and control the flow of guests inside Technogym Village, answer their queries and direct them to the appropriate departments/personnel
  • Receive guests, visitors and candidate attending interviews and coordinate the operative tasks with relevant host or person-in-charge
  • Serving food and beverage for guests and VIP members for meetings and events
  • Support the team during Company events and workshop
  • Housekeeping in-hours of hospitality areas and meeting rooms 
  • Manage and arrange all daily dispatch requests from internal staff and consolidate monthly dispatch record to admin manager
  • Upload welcome notes, corporate videos and other information onto LCD TV as and when required
  • Register and supervise security items as guest pass or customers registration at the reception desk

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are sociable, cordial and possess excellent communications skills.

 

What you should bring:

  • Diploma or Degree in Humanities, Economics or similar fields
  • Experience as a receptionist/front desk representative
  • English fluency (minum level C1 CEFR); knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a professional beahavior
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time independently
  • Ability to proactively and resourcefully deal with issues as they arise
  • Plan and manage workload and scheduling of various activities
  • Attitude towards teamworking, supporting colleagues, flexibility in timing
  • Oriented towards providing excellence in customer services
  • Adaptability and attention to detail, with strong problem analysis and solving skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
