Your Role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, we are seeking an energetic and experienced HR Business Partner Private to join our HQ Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). You will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior business leaders across Technogym's international markets. You will drive people strategies that support business growth, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and uphold Technogym's values-led, performance-oriented culture across diverse geographies. Working in a fast-paced, matrix-structured organization, you will be an experienced generalist covering all facets of HR, including Employee Relations, Training, Development, Communication and Engagement, Payroll, Budget & Personnel Cost Management, Talent Acquisition, and HR Administration. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle and will work closely with our HQ leadership teams in deploying the Company People Strategy. Your role will ensure the management of various aspects of the employee lifecycle within strategic business areas at the group level.
Your Impact
- Partner with functional leaders of designated areas to analyze business needs and develop HR strategies aimed at addressing the needs and requirements of the departments and align them with company objectives.
- Facilitate employee lifecycle within assigned areas, from personnel selection to continuous development and management of internal job rotations.
- Lead the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives tailored to specific areas of responsibility.
- Collaborate with leaders to ensure that employees grow and reach their full potential, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and retain talent through training, coaching, career development, and succession planning.
- Onboard new team members and collect necessary background information, as well as provide assistance and guidance to all employees on work-related issues.
- Utilize HR-specific data analysis for designated areas to identify trends, provide detailed reports, and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with the international HR team to ensure consistent management of organizational design, compensation and benefits, and personnel costs, ensuring alignment with market practices.
- Ensure policies and procedures are always maintained and well-executed, acting as a trusted advisor in all HR related matters.
About You
The ideal candidate is passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also grounded and ethical. You possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with business leaders and HR colleagues.
What you should bring:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 6 years’ experience in an international business partnering role.
- Previous experience of 5 years in industries with complex organizational structures, such as luxury products (non-clothing), technology, and health.
- Experience in HR management for retail channel (retail luxury selling ceremonies), e-commerce, and direct sales.
- In-depth understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, experience with HR analytics tools/software is a plus.
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian.
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Compensation Data
We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €80,000 and €120,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
