Your Role

 

We are currently looking for a motivated HR Administration Specialist to join Technogym's Human Resources team at Technogym Village (Cesena). He/she will contribute to ensuring internal customer satisfaction by handling day-to-day inquiries inherent to the employment relationship, including through dedicated HR desks as well as establishing employment relationships. 

 

For this position we offer an initial fixed term contract. 

 

Your Impact

  • Manage the establishment of employment relationships (e.g. employment contract, creation of master data, communication to entities, induction)
  • Monitor the timetable (e.g. probationary periods, salary changes, part time, etc.) and deal with the termination of employment (e.g. preparation of documentation, exit interview, return of company endowments)
  • Ensure the reconciliation of all payroll accounting data with the Finance team
  • Verify the correctness of daily time and attendance management, coupon processing and payment of monthly payroll/benefits/welfare for HQ employees, expats and associates
  • Ensures the correct management of the calculation and payment of salaries, fringe benefits, welfare, and liquidation.
  • Supports the HR Department in the management of disputes, interacting with the legal area and with external law firms.
  • Manages the relationship with entities: Labor consultants, payroll companies, insurance brokers, funds, INPS, INAIL, ISTAT
  • Coordinate with RSPP and Occupational Physician for the proper handling of accident files, occupational disease, pre-employment and periodic medical examinations, work-related stress surveys.
  • Maintain the accuracy of HR data and manage HR metrics to drive business results.

About You

What you should bring:

  • Diploma and or Degree in Humanities/Economics 
  • 1-3 years of previous experience in a similar role in structured companies 
  • English fluency (Level B2 CEFR) 
  • Previous experience with HR ERP system, excellent digital skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools 
  • Excellent knowledge of local labor law and regulations
  • A fact-based and data-driven approach
  • Excellent relational, administrative and analytical skills 
  • Result-oriented with a strong attitude towards teamwork 
  • Problem solving mindset, strong attention to details 
  • Respect for confidentiality, transparency, and an analytical approach
