Your Role


We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced HR Administration Manager, who can balance being a strategic partner, employee champion, and hands-on implementer of all local day-to-day HR activities. Working in a fast-paced, matrix, and international structure organization, in collaboration with the Chief People Officer and the HRBP International Director, you will truly be a generalist covering all facets of HR projects, including Employee Relations, Employee Communication, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and HR Administration activities. In this role, you will be crucial in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle and aligning the local leadership team in the deployment of the Company People Strategy & Policies.
 

Your Impact

  • Responsible for the people management of the administration team, the development of his people, and the wellness of our HR colleagues.

  • Responsible for the correct flow of information to the finance area for all periodic closing activities.

  • Ensure a unique employment company relationship in compliance with the relevant regulatory obligations (CCNL) and company policies.​

  • Ensures the correct management of the calculation and payment of salaries, fringe benefits, welfare, and liquidation.​

  • Responsible for the correct management of disciplinary proceedings, interacting directly with managers and/or HRBPs.

  • Supports the HR Department in the management of disputes, interacting with the legal area and with external law firms.

  • Manages the relationship with entities: Labor consultants, payroll companies, insurance brokers, funds, INPS, INAIL, ISTAT.

  • Coordinates and supports the Industrial Relations function in managing relations with the union.

  • Ensure policies and procedures are always maintained and well-executed, acting as a trusted advisor in all ER-related matters.

  • Maintain the accuracy of HR data and manage HR metrics to drive business results.

  • Act as a true Technogym brand ambassador and trusted advisor, providing best-in-class HR business partner support to local leadership.

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about Fitness & Wellness, enthusiastic, and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

  • MD in Law or related
  • 4+ years’ HR experience as HRBP and/or generalist HR Manager in the Industrial sector (Plant)
  • Focus on an internal consumer and business-driven approach
  • Previous experience as a Center of Excellence Expert in Administration or Payroll
  • Excellent knowledge of local labor law and regulations
  • Experience in a matrix organization and multinational environments
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently, with minimum supervision
  • Experience in working with HR ERP systems. SAP SuccessFactors knowledge would be a plus
  • Strong facilitation and negotiation skills, able to listen to and persuade others based on sound logic
  • Business Acumen and an ability to understand P&L
  • A fact-based and data-driven approach
  • Project management and execution skills
  • Respect for confidentiality, transparency, and an analytical approach
