Your Role

We are looking for a Finance Data Platform Specialist with strong experience in Finance and Controlling processes to join our Data Platform Management & Reporting team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and evolving corporate planning and performance management solutions, working across EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) platforms and modern data technologies. You will collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable, and business-aligned processes, supporting planning, forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting.

You will also contribute to the integration of EPM systems within a modern Data Platform, enabling end-to-end data consistency and advanced financial analytics.

Your Impact

• Collect and analyze business requirements from Finance and Controlling teams
• Design, implement and maintain EPM/CPM solutions (with Hyperion suite as a key platform)
• Support and continuously improve planning, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation processes
• Ensure data consistency, governance and integration between EPM systems and enterprise data platform
• Actively contribute within the Data Platform team to ensure alignment between EPM data models and the overall corporate data architecture
• Manage UAT phases, support key users, and deliver user training
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and optimize calculation logic and data structures
• Contribute to the evolution of Finance systems within a modern data ecosystem

About You

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance / Controlling processes (FP&A, budgeting, reporting)
• Proven experience in EPM/CPM projects or roles (consulting or in-house)
• Strong experience with EPM platforms (Hyperion Essbase as a key or preferred technology)
• Solid understanding of planning & budgeting processes, financial reporting and performance management, cost controlling and variance analysis
• Experience in working with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance + IT)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Fluent English

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €40,000 and €50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
