Your Role

we are looking for an Ecommerce Conversion Rate Optimization Lead who will be responsible for leading all operations to manage leads and execute global CRO strategies, ensuring they are adapted and optimized for each country's specific market and cultural nuances. This is a unique opportunity for a candidate with a solid background in digital analytics, A/B testing, multivariate testing, and a proven track record in enhancing website performance across multiple countries. As a global position, the role demands a comprehensive understanding of diverse market dynamics and the ability to tailor strategies to different international audiences to maximize online sales and conversion rates worldwide.

Your Impact

  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across different countries to drive improvements in website conversion rates and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools to set up international tracking, collect cross-border data, and deliver actionable insights tailored to each market.
  • Work closely with regional teams to understand local consumer behavior and refine website user experience and conversion strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze global customer behavior, conversion data, and customer journeys to identify optimization opportunities and best practices that can be shared and implemented across markets.
  • Present test findings, regional insights, and recommendations to global stakeholders and provide ongoing reporting on the performance of the e-commerce platform in different countries.
  • Stay updated with global e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and competitive advantage. 

About You

  • Proven global experience in e-commerce conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, or a related field, with a clear understanding of different cultural and market conditions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms, including the ability to segment data by country or region.
  • Solid experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing tools, with a track record of implementing successful global CRO initiatives.
  • Knowledge of international UX/UI principles and the ability to adapt strategies to cater to diverse global audiences.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making across multiple markets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
