Your Role
We are looking for a brilliant and passionate person who will join the ongoing development of our CRM area and manage the project deployment of digital transformation We are looking for an CRM professional focused on implementation, data migration, and configuration and that will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts mainly in domain of After Sales.
You will be a key part of our international rollout, and you will join our HQ IT team being part of our strategy in configuration, support, and improvement.
Your Impact
- Collaborate with business teams to define requirements and design solutions aligned with strategic goals
- Support end-to-end delivery of SFDC projects with HQ IT and vendors
- Perform validation checks during build & deployment phases
- Configure SFDC and assist in functional analysis
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users
- Ensure continuous support and improvement of SFDC solutions
About You

What you should bring:
- Degree in IT or related field (MSc or Ph.D. preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in CRM implementation
- Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) configuration (certification is a plus)
- Familiarity with SAP SD/MM and ServiceMax is a plus
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools like Jira
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and Excel proficiency
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to train users, work cross-functionally, and manage tasks independently
