Your Role

We are looking for a Customer Care Manager to serve as the “voice of the customer” throughout the customer journey. You will collect feedback, monitor customer satisfaction KPIs, and activate continuous improvement actions to enhance customer experience. 

 

Your Impact

  1. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve satisfaction.
  2. Monitor customer satisfaction KPIs and activate improvement actions.
  3. Identify and summarize service and product anomalies from the customer’s perspective.
  4. Provide information and data to improve customer experience.
  5. Provide support to the Customer and manage the loop process
  6. Schedule periodic visits to customers, clubs, and dealers.
  7. Conduct audits on D&I activities and after-sales technical assistance.
  8. Act as a Quality and Excellence ambassador for Technogym.

About You

Ideally, you are enthusiastic and proactive, curious about innovation, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

What you should bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer satisfaction management.
  • Strong customer orientation and project management skills.
  • Experience with quality audits and customer satisfaction techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical aptitude.
  • Fluent in English.

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €60,000 and €80,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
