Your Role
We are currently looking for a brilliant and passionate Consolidated Financial Reporting Specialist to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym Village (Italy – Cesena).
In this role, you will be tasked with achieving monthly/year closure while ensuring the application of group accounting rules across both HQ and the local companies. In addition, you will provide support to local companies during day-to-day operations as well as for new Company projects related to accounting process.
You will guarantee the implementation of company policies in terms of finance and administration, and the reliability, quality and timing of reporting processes.
Your Impact
- Guarantee intercompany reconciliation and relationships, including intercompany contracts
- Analyze the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss from the statutory and reporting points of view
- Disseminate financial knowledge at country level (all departments) and use of corporate reporting tools (SAP, Business Objects, HFM) through local, HQ and offline training
- Support the Technogym business process and its evolutions through functional analysis on the group ERP to ensure its maintenance and development (performed by the IT Department)
- Apply the Technogym cultural model through the implementation and localization of company policies and procedures, in compliance with Corporate Governance
- Provide day-by-day support
- Provide audit support
- Perform accounting reconciliations
- Support transfer price management
- Perform treasury reconciliations
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
What you should bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Economics
- 3-5 years’ experience in audit firms, accounting and treasury departments
- Excellent knowledge of the IFRS and ITA Accounting Standards
- Excellent knowledge of Consolidated Financial Statements and Accounting
- Knowledge of SAP, HFM and 262 requirements
- Advanced Excel/PowerPoint use
- Available for international business trips
- Strong analytical skills and leadership attitude
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Business partnership approach and good relationship skills
- Fluency in English (minimum level B2 CEFR)
