Your Role

We are looking for an energetic and process-driven Commercial Sales Controller to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). You will report to the CFO and support operations through proactive steering and control of the business. You will act as a trustworthy Finance Business Partner and provide financial insight to help guide the Technogym strategy and enable business leaders to make the smartest short and long-term decisions.

Your Impact

  • Oversee the implementation and development of sales reporting, in alignment with our sales excellence process, delivering comprehensive analyses of financial metrics and business KPIs.
  • Manage forecasts of commercial performance (e.g., leads, proposals, orders, revenue, RC, overdue) across all dimensions of the business model.
  • Contribute to the formulation of forecasts and budgets by preparing monthly variance analyses from a P&L perspective, both in total and by business model dimension.
  • Oversee project management, including monitoring project progress through to-do list follow-ups, gap analysis, problem-solving, and recovery planning.
  • Conduct analyses for P&L and financial KPIs in preparation for contracts renewal and periodic progress tracking/follow-up.
  • Define and update incentive systems for the sales network.

About You


Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. 

What you should bring:

  • Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and the ability to conduct detailed financial analyses and forecasting.
  • Experience with budgeting processes and forecasting techniques, including rolling forecasts.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and the use of reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools for tracking project progress and managing deliverables.
  • Ability to define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial reporting and analysis.
