Your Role
We are looking for an Sales Account Manager to join the Queensland Field Sales team for our Health, Corporate & Performance Segment. The role boasts variety with a key focus on new business development (70%) and account management (30%).
In this role, as a Technogym salesperson, you should be hungry, highly professional, industry credible and collaborative. You will develop and maintain strong relationships and manage a large portfolio of products, services and solutions.

You need to be based in the Gold Coast/ Brisbane Area to be eligible for this role.
Your Impact
- Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
- Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
- Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and manage your pipeline in Salesforce
- Increase customer satisfaction
- Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends (Health & Prevention, Corporate Wellness & Sports Performance)
- Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
- Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about fitness and wellness, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a positive and proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and are used to working in a fast-paced environment.
What you should bring:
- Relevant experience in Field Sales
- Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
- Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
- Solid experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
- Result-driven approach
- Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities
