Your Role

If you thrive in the Services field, love fitness, problem solving, and customer satisfaction, this is the position for you! Our Service teams are committed to improving service quality and delivering the best fitness experience everywhere.

We are looking for a Field Service Technician Queensland, based out of Brisbane/ Gold Coast who is a problem solver and team player. This individual will act as a customer advocate, ensuring complete satisfaction by resolving all customer requests related to the service of Technogym products. The Field Service Technician is responsible for carrying out preventative service, maintenance, and repairs of fitness equipment in customer facilities.

Your Impact

• Perform repair and maintenance of Technogym fitness equipment.
• Diagnose equipment faults, perform tests, and find solutions.
• Educate customers on the technical use and care of Technogym equipment.
• Properly manage work orders and service reports.
• Communicate with customers and escalate issues when necessary.

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about health & fitness enthusiastic and proactive as well as exceptional at working in a team, and able to work autonomously.

What you should bring:

• Experience in a similar role (hands-on repair business expertise).
• Mechanical/Electronic Engineering Skills, as well as knowledge of IT networking.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Knowledge and ability to work with mobile tools and applications.
• Great communication skills to manage client requests and complaints effectively.
