The Role in a Nutshell

Due to internal progression, we are seeking another energetic and results-oriented Product & Wellbeing Expert to join our fastest growing and most strategically focused segment of the business - Home Consumer. As the business has both their UK HQ in Bracknell, Berkshire and 3 London showrooms, applicants are invited from a range of locations across the South East and London (accessible to Bracknell).

 

The role boasts variety with a key focus on new customer attraction and training, providing premium-level of advice and suggestions to use our products and digital solutions at their best.  Although we have a clear structure for the basis of the role, you can help us to grow and evolve it. We can provide the solutions yet we are only going to achieve "healthy people: healthy planet" if our clients have the motivation, confidence and knowledge to utilise them. The core activities will involve:

 

  • Pre-sale goals and needs analysis (including face-to-face and remote demonstrations) - helping our customers identify the best solutions for their goals
  • Post-sale education - ensuring they have familiarised themselves with their purchase and have full access and understanding to our product and digital solutions availability/benefits
  • Post sale programming - where appropriate, providing programme advice to suit their goals and advice on the most appropriate Technogym App content 
  • Upselling and sales opportunity identification - identifying additional content and further products/solutions and collaborating with the sales teams to maximise upon these
  • Post-sale customer satisfaction - following-up with customers to gather feedback on how we can maintain and further improve on the journey
  • Product Training - conduct ongoing product training sessions for the Home Segment sales team
  • Corporate Wellness - take an active part in driving the wellness lifestyle through our internal Technogym Community via our internal Corporate Wellness Programme.
     

 

Being in contact with customers through all remote channels (phone, chat, email, video call) as well as facilitate customer on-site training and host sessions at our Bracknell and London showrooms, this role would suit an expert in physical exercise, with athletic and sport preparation and experienced in home fitness product and solutions. Supporting the Inside Sales team, you will have a crucial role in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Being independent and a true team player completes the profile.

What you will do

  • Contribute to the Sales Performance 
  • Pre sales support: manage customer’s enquires about training and products, supporting the sale process through all channels (phone – chat – e mail). He/she will support customers to  choose the best products for their needs, answer questions about exercises, training programs and content
  • Post Sales caring calls: contact customers in a post purchase process to support them with product and solutions, giving them helpful advice and suggestions to use our products at the best and ensure outstanding customer experience
  • Promote and deliver personalized value added premium services (in person or remote)
  • Maintain constant and up-to-date product knowledge, being a credible Technogym Ambassador 
  • Deliver internal continuous training on products and training programs to the Home Sales team 
  • Develop new customers and maintain relationships with the existing ones in order to generate new business opportunities
  • Record up-to-date CRM data
  • Collaborate in delivering our internal Corporate Wellness Programme to our people
  • Provide continuous and proactive feedback from the market 
     

What you will have

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are an achievement-driven professional, a strong team player, and with exceptional relationship skills. You are an excellent communicator with the ability to communicate remotely.

What you should bring:

 

  • 2+ years’ experience as Personal Trainer in a structured organization environment 
  • Level 3 Personal Training and/or BA/BS degree in Sports Science, Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology 
  • Open and confident with all training principles
  • An excellent communicator with ability to communicate remotely
  • Knowledge of Technogym products and solutions
  • Knowledge of the fitness industry and trends
  • Passion for design, luxury goods, fashion, made in Italy, art, sports and wellness lifestyle
  • Evidence premium levels of customer service
  • Ability to create and cultivate a network
