Overview of the Technogym Educator Role

As a team and as individuals we value our role as Technogym Wellness Ambassadors, delivering outstanding structured education, programming, mentoring and support. We are committed to empowering our customers and consumers knowledge, training, and delivering a first-class service!

Technogym UK are looking for a highly motivated, adaptable, skilled, and knowledgeable individual to join our training and education network team.

You will be responsible for leading engaging education, delivering workout experiences, programming, and support how operators, trainers and end users maximise the Technogym product portfolio.

Delivery will consist of workout experiences and product education including Cardio, Strength, Functional, Group training and Digital training solutions to exercise professionals and consumers across Fitness Clubs, Hotels, Universities and Corporate customers

About You

Structure: The job role is on a freelance / self-employed basis.

Location: London and Nottingham/Central M1 belt area

This job role is perfect for anyone already working freelance and wanting to take the next step in the fitness industry - Personal trainers, tutors or anyone currently delivering fitness education.

Personal Specification:

· Passionate about Health and Fitness

· Lives the Wellness Lifestyle

· Strong communicator

· Strong administration and feedback skills

· Strong digital skills

· Able to deliver a range of learning styles to delegates

· Has ability to deliver engaging and relevant education

· Able to deliver workouts direct to consumer

· Aware of a variety of methods to ensure delegates learnings

· Deliver a thorough, proficient, and well-structured approach to education

· Ability to effectively manage own time and priorities

· At the forefront of emerging industry and wellness practices

Personal Experience and Profile:

· Over 5 years fitness experience as Personal Trainer, Boutique Trainer or S&C coach or similar

· REPS Level 3 fitness professional +

· Sports Science or similar sport/fitness degree desirable

· Teaching experience/qualification desirable

· Pilates, Reformer and class studio delivery knowledge desirable

Key Responsibilities

• Provide market leading education and programming to fitness professionals on all Technogym products across Cardio, Strength, Functional, SKILL and digital solutions. 
• Tailor education and training to client’s needs by building a knowledge of client business, member base and objectives
• Support, lead, motivate and engage fitness professionals to enhance knowledge and execution of Technogym products
• Engage, educate and empower consumer’s on how to use Technogym products, solutions and fitness trend topics
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate business models
• Assist the launch of products and solutions in customer facilities in line with business member journey
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationship
• Attend ongoing product education training and half year team meetings to provide overview of all projects and new products
• Support sales team with key client presentation as required
• Lead educational workshops and workout sessions as required
• Be a Technogym wellness and brand ambassador!
