The Role in a Nutshell

The opportunity has arisen for an experienced and competent full-time Credit Collection Specialist to join Julie and the team in our Bracknell UK Head Office.

The role involves managing your own complex ledger, chasing payments, maintaining up-to-date CRM information and maintaining strong customer relations. A new ERP system (SAP) was implemented in early 2018 and although previous SAP experience highly is desirable, it is not an essential pre-requisite if you are curious, systems savvy and experienced with ERP systems.

We work with a wide variety of customer and industry types, alongside offering a variety of payment and leasing options. The complexity of this alongside working on a segment specific ledger would suit a candidate with very high attention to detail, strong relationship building, strong investigative/problem solving skills and a resilient, positive attitude. You will be pro-active and have a structured and methodical approach to payment/overdue recovery. Experience with Excel and an affinity for reporting, alongside an 'account management' approach will complete the profile.

If credit control is in your DNA and you enjoy working in a close, passionate team, look no further!
