Your Role

At Technogym we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist passionate about people, business and creating outstanding candidate experiences.

Based in Barcelona, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for our Sales, Corporate and After Sales teams across Spain and Portugal, while also contributing to broader HR initiatives that support the employee lifecycle and strengthen our employer brand.

You will work closely with managers and employees, ensuring smooth recruitment processes and effective HR operations.

Your Impact

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes mainly for Corporate Sales and After Sales roles across Spain and Portugal.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define effective recruitment strategies.

  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Drive employer branding initiatives, to attract and engage top talents.

 

Employee Lifecycle & HR Support

  • Provide first-line HR advice to employees and managers across the employee lifecycle.

  • Manage contracts and HR administrative processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

  • Oversee onboarding, induction programs and probation period follow-up.

  • Manage and update employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors).

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition.

  • Degree in Human Resources or similar fields.

  • Experience recruiting commercial profiles (Sales / Business Development) is highly valued.

  • Fluent Spanish and English (Italian is a plus).

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance recruitment and HR operational tasks.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
