Your Role
We are looking for a Digital Sales Specialist in Barcelona who will play an essential role to ensure the growth, retention and customer satisfaction with Technogym Digital Solutions.
You have excellent consulting skills, as the role requires elements of sales, project implementation and delivery, education and customer retention. You have a passion for fitness, digital technology and wellness and are achievement-driven, a strong team-player, a professional with exceptional customer–relationship skills.
This role covers a blend of three key pillars of activity:
- Achieve sales and profitability targets for our digital offering: software, hardware and devices.
- Successfully plan, educate and support the installation and implementation of Technogym cloud solutions in the fitness sector.
- Provide ongoing best-in-class support to drive usage and retention of Technogym cloud solutions. Educate and support a blend of on-site training and events to maximize engagement and a sense of community, and remote delivery via webinar tools all with a view to maximizing productivity.
Your Impact
- Support Field Sales in pre-sales activities, providing product training to the sales force on the subject of our Wellness Network products and services.
- Define a list of prospects and customers to proactively visit and sell software solutions to regardless of whether there is an equipment opportunity.
- Take care of customer education and activation in terms of e-learning, live education and tutoring, to guarantee the highest usage of MyWellness platform and to maximize active users.
- Build best practices based on successful real customer case histories to demonstrate the value of our digital solutions on the market.
- Provide reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management.
- Promote and plan initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction.
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in Digital Sales.
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Technologies or similar.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of CRM management.
- Availability to travel in Spain, Portugal and occasionally in Europe.
